The homestead-villa “Karališkis” is located on the beautiful shore of Lake Karališkis, sheltered by young pines. It is a great place to celebrate weddings, anniversaries, company holidays, organize seminars and have a good time with family and friends. The ancient two-story building has an original stone wine cellar with a fireplace, on the first floor there is a ballroom for 80 people with a terrace and a beautiful view of the lake, and on the second floor there are five bedrooms with toilets, showers, and terraces.
Next door is a two-story granary with 7 spacious double-quadruple rooms with all amenities. There is also a cozy living room with a fireplace, a separate kitchen. The granary can accommodate up to 30 people.
Far away, near a pine forest, there are four log cabins with terraces for family recreation. Each of them has mini-kitchenettes, showers, toilets, cozy bedrooms in the attic.
For the comfort of vacationers, a sandy beach has been prepared, there are lindens, a gazebo with a fireplace – an oven for grilling steaks and barbecues. For lovers of active recreation – beach volleyball and basketball courts. For those who like water activities: Russian steam bath with pub, hot tub, boat, water bikes and clear lake water…
