The homestead is located in a beautiful place in the village of Kuikiai, Zarasai district, surrounded by ponds, near Lake Vencavos, for both quiet and active and rich recreation. The homestead is equipped with an ecological house with the necessary amenities, a boat, a parking lot, three ponds, and infrastructure for recreation and entertainment.

Vencavai is an old manor, famous for its cruel owners. According to historians (prof. Kolupailos), the place name is derived from the Roman goddess Venus – Venus. The estate of Vencavai grew into a town, which until the 19th century. even had a market. There was a Catholic church and a Calvinist church. Now there is little left of the Vencav manor. However, one can be proud of the natural beauty and landscape even now – three lakes: Vencavai, Vencavėlis and Baltys decorate this part of the region with hills and valleys, and the Vencavai windmill (architectural monument), which survived and operated until 1956, is a pleasant surprise in the landscape panorama.
