The homestead, which can accommodate up to 200 vacationers, is located 70 km from Vilnius, on the peninsula of Lake Virintos (1 km from the Vilnius-Utena road). Half a kilometer of coastline is equipped with beaches, a sauna, a hot tub, a boat dock and fishing grounds. Boats, paddle boards for rent. Illuminated volleyball and basketball courts and various swings are also offered. The homestead is equipped with cozy lounges, two banquet-conference halls, fully equipped industrial kitchen, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, spacious, covered terraces overlooking the lake.
