Registration of media representatives for “Samsonas Rally Utena 2024” has begun.

ACCREDITATION PROCEDURE
All essential information, safety rules, and the electronic accreditation form for representatives are published
on the organiser’s website: samsonasrally.com, under the “Media” section.
Media accreditations will be accepted from 1 September 2024 at 19:00 until 25 September 2024 at 19:00.
The accreditation form is available at samsonasrally.com/akreditacija. Those with an annual LASF-issued accreditation do
not need to apply again but must visit the Media Centre to collect the necessary materials.
Submitting the completed accreditation form confirms that the person is familiar with the “Samsonas Rally
Utena 2024” Media Safety Rules and Media Accreditation Rules and holds a valid insurance certificate covering
“Sports training and competitions.”
Accredited journalists will personally receive all necessary permits (if required – tabards for a 50 euro deposit,
which will be refunded upon returning the vest). During the rally, all journalists will have access to the press centre,
set up at the Creative Industries Centre “Taurapilis” (Aušros g. 47, Utena) from 26 to 28 September 2024.
Media representatives who have LAF or EAL issued media vests can use them in Samsonas Rally Utena 2024. Registration is still needed.

DRONE USAGE
An accredited media representative may use drones or other remotely controlled devices for filming
or photography only with prior consent from the organiser. Once consent is obtained, the representative must
unconditionally follow the rules set by the Lithuanian Transport Safety Administration for the use of unmanned
aircraft.
SPECIAL MEDIA RALLY FINISH ZONE
After the 13th stage, a special zone will be set up for greeting participants, photoshoots, and filming. Rally
spectators who wish to congratulate the crews must wait here, rather than at the finish of the last stage. The finish
media zone will be marked separately. The address and operating hours of this zone will be announced on the official
notice board.
PROVISION OF INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC
In all materials collected during the rally, the exact event name must be used, the official rally logo must be
included, and when posting on social media, the hashtag or keyword #samsonasrally must be used.
