- 5-person house with a sauna on the shore of the lake (1 bedroom; house 50 m2);
- 8-person log house with hot tub (2 separate bedrooms; house 80 m2);
- 12-person log house with hot tub (4 separate bedrooms; house 100 m2);
- 2 outdoor gazebos with barbecues;
- 2 boats;
- 2 limes (the big lime – for swimming and fishing, the small one – for fishing);
- fish smoker;
- outdoor equipment (children’s sandbox, swing, outdoor pull-up bar, basketball post, volleyball).
